I have been with the credit union for years. I do not like the fact that you can not go into the building and do a transaction with an actual teller. You have to use the machines to make a deposit or get money out of your account. And, every time i go i get a different person on the screen. It is not like it used to be.

I am a member of Sun because SVMMC’s CU closed and our accts were transferred here. It’s been awhile now and Sun has worked with me on a few things and I do appreciate their kindness! The thing is, your employee, Sarah is RUDE! Not kind at all, she acts like she hasn’t a clue what customer service is or proper etiquette…. She must be working from home? Luckily I’m not one to blast people or establishments on FACEBOOK!!

We unfortunately have a friend with mental illness incarcerated that granted Power of Attorney to tend to his affairs. This bank froze his account and all we tried to do is pay his bills so he doesn’t lose his home while incarcerated. They froze automatic payments coming out that were set up prior to his incarceration. We are only trying to pay his bills and they would rather him lose everything (not being schizophrenic isn’t enough) then to keep his insurance taxes and few bills he has paid. Thank you Chris and Jackie. We have a notary from the state of Ohio prison.

SFCU have the most friendly staff. It’s different from other institutions who say “Hi there”. It’s more of a friendly “Hello, how are you doing today “. You feel that they are just one of your friends.

This company is heartless. I fell I’ll with Covid-19 and was hospitalized for months and they offered no forbearance for my credit card payments nor would they offer any accommodations after I brought the account current
