I like the website, the choice in gauges, not having to hunt down strings. I can’t say much in the string quality because they were not comfortable to me. I have corrosive oils / sweat / whatever and I saw discoloration within 4 hours. I knew this going in after trying to get along with NYXL for a few years. I like and need coated strings. I will gladly come back once coated guitar strings are released.

It's been really hard to count on any branch of mail/package delivery over the past couple of years, but they didn't make that my problem. Guaranteed customer for life!
Oh yeah, and their strings sounds/feel great, are durable, and the ability to do custom sets is an absolute staple to any guitarist with an extended range or multi scale. They might be a little more expensive than some of the big brands, but you get what you pay for!

I like the strings, but the over advertising on emails is really annoying. I’m not sure who is your marketing manager, but your time would be well spent at NAAM, Local guitar dealers, online advertising, etc. Maybe even getting a contract to put your strings on specialty guitars from the manufacturer, along with specs that only you meet. Such a great product, but it’s really not out there and non-stop emails are annoying to every person. Good luck as a company, hope the honest feed back helps.
