Like many, I recently watched the Get Back documentary and could not help but notice the extensive Bass VI usage when Paul was otherwise preoccupied. I felt the void of never having one of these instruments and bought one on a whim. The strings I inherited were terrible, flabby, too light, etc and I had to do an extensive search (not many Bass VI options) for something more suitable. I had heard of Stringjoy and their reputed high quality before and this was the perfect test run. Unbelievable product. My other guitars are threatening a change of brand as a result once their current stashes run dry. Highly recommend.

I have had the strings on my 6 and 12 string acoustic guitar for almost a month now I think they are great so far the tone is better than my prior phosphor bronze. From the start I like the balance of tonal quality and the even temperament they are a cut above as far as clarity goes. I found them better all-around than any of the strings I have had on my guitars. Anecdotally my wife hates it when I change the brand of strings, I use basically due to the fact that I usually regret changing brand, but I am sure I not going back. These have already stayed lively for longer than any prior strings I have had.

Best strings in terms of tone and quality! I run through a variety of open tunings during performances and was breaking strings so much that I developed anxiety over tuning the strings at all. But since switching to Stringjoy I have found trust and confidence in my strings once again. They are a little pricey, but well worth it. It would be great if they offered a bulk purchase discount.
