I used a 10-70 set on my EBMM Majesty 7 in Drop A and the tension was perfect, as expected after using your calculator. I would have preferred a but more brightness but I wouldn't say I was displeased by any means.
I also used an 11-74 set on a mahogany t-style 7 in Drop G (26.5") and was happy with both the tone and the tension.
If prices were closer to shelved brands and/or I was convinced they lasted long enough to balance the cost difference I'd happily use Stringjoy exclusively. As things are now, while im extremely satisfied with the products I've received it makes more sense to me to deal with cheaper strings (Ernie Ball) on my gigging instruments.
