The order came in just fine. I may have ordered too light a set for my plans, which involved tuning one of my Martins a full step down. As a result I’m not certain i’m getting the most out of the strings, and there’s a little bit of trouble with consistent tonality, but as I say, I think that’s my fault. I love the sound of the 12 string set (11-52) that’s tuned down on my Alvarez, and the modal Custom set on my Takamine. I think I just went too light, and should have started with 13-56. Live and learn.

Just started using this product but I find it extremely easy to apply and it leaves a nice thin film that makes it easier to move up and down the strings with less finger noise. Haven’t used it long enough to see the long term effects but I can only imagine that it works as advertised. Thanks for the recommendation Kiki!

Nicely packaged but took almost two weeks to arrive. Honestly, for this 71 year old, they sound and feel pretty much the same as most other brands I’ve played in the past 60 years. Your media, web site, etc. are much more advanced than other string manufacturers.

As with all of their products, the “ Broadways” are excellent IMHO. I’ve been a diehard Ernie user, for the most part of my 30+ years of playing. And I’ve used almost every single boutique, mainstream, off the wall brand you can think of. And Stringjoy is now the only strings I’ll buy. I have them on 15 or more of my guitars, and if I played all of my guitars, I’d have them on everyone of them. I’m not endorsed by Stringjoy, nor do I get anything from writing this. I pay my hard earned money for them. And they’re not cheap by any means, not the most expensive either. But you DO get what you pay for, great sounding/ long lasting strings. Buy a set, throw them on your favorite guitar and see for yourself. Don’t see a set for you?? They’ll gladly make you a custom set for your drop F axe.

Great strings! Nice tone :-) Lighter bass strings sound more full. I’d be curious to try a tapered low B and maybe E to see what that does w string transfer to bridge saddle
