I won’t know how well these work until I do a new setup with a set for my guitar. The odd sized strings threw the intonation out of whack with their different tensions and made the guitar untunable. Keep this in mind if you plan on switching to these strings. You WILL need a new setup to go with them.

i found these strings to be of great tone and quality. well rounded sound. i'm not a big fan of coated strings, but thought i would try these on a couple acoustic guitars that don't get played a lot. they sound great, and seem to last a bit longer. my issue with coated strings falls into two categories. too slippery or not slick enough. these fall into the latter category for me. i get a lot of string noise moving around the fret board. the coating just makes it hard to move my fingers around quietly.
