These strings are by far my favorite, and I've tried quite a few brands for both acoustic and electric. StringJoy is easy to work with as a company, and being able to customize string gauges is also helpful. Even if I change lighter strings, in a pinch, the lower StringJoy wound strings last 2 to 3 times as long as other strings. I clean my strings generally before and/or after use.

Loving the feel and sound from these string. I have taken advantage of the tension calculator and restrung all my guitars with custom gauges so that string tension is similar no matter the tuning of the guitar. Pretty good strings are everywhere. Very good strings are too. Superior strings? That’s tougher. I’ve been happy with other brands and I’m sure you are too. But if you want to take the guitar playing experience just a little farther, then Stringjoy is for you. I’ve abandoned .10s for 9s because they are that much more responsive and toneful. They just feel great. Treat yourself. You won’t regret it.
