I love your products. The only issue I had was trying to return a set of strings.You did replace them, but I had to write a letter because I could not get your "Return" email to work. I have experienced a similar issue once before. I use a MacBook Air and Safari software. With another company I had the same issue. The order page works fine and I can order product without a problem. But when I tried to click on your return email it just wouldn't load. When this happened before with another company they suggested I use FireFox instead of Safari and that worked. Not sure why it wouldn't work with Safari
