I myself like others hate coated strings. They just sound so bright to my ears and feel weird on my fingertips. So I was a little hesitant on the Foxwoods but of countless of reviews I saw on YouTube I decided to give em a try. To my surprise they sound amazing on my Epiphone J200, I don't get that high bright or dead string sound and feels amazing on my fingertips.

Very happy with the strings, they feel and sound great, a bit pricey to get to Canada but not by much since it’s not really cheap to buy different sets of strings to mix and match for my desired gauges.

I will note however that the pick I bought were not included in my package, honest mistake and I have many picks anyway, just thought I would mention it for feedback.

I tried Single Foxwoods Coated Bronze or Plain Steel Acoustic Guitar Strings .020w on my Taylor 652 CE Builder’s Edition…. Love them! They sound great, tune up well, and hold the tuning. The folks at Stringy were very helpful to me in selecting which strings to use.
