Though I received my PDF document within a few hours, I did not receive a letter in the mail, nor the card I paid extra for. I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service with no response. I will not use this service to renew my medical card in the future since I can only use delivery services with this PDF.

Address was in arizona I asked them prior to and was told if this didn’t work in Arizona they would refund me and I have called twice and texted two times with no response from anyone this if for California only! They knew it wouldn’t work for arizona and still took my money and haven’t responded since the night I paid. I never leave bad reviews as I’m in sales but this is not acceptable and a bad business practice this will be one of many reviews to come that way
