Hi Kelly, Thanks so much for your review! As you know, we were able to pinpoint the issue you had, due to your providing feedback in a timely manner! If you'll recall, there were two overlapping lines from the same phone number in the conference, which is referred to as a flash hook. A flash hook happens when a caller dialed into a call hangs up, then immediately re-dials in causing two lines from the same phone to be placed into the call. As a reminder, in order to prevent an issue like this in the future, please advise participants to ensure their line is disconnected from the conference completely by allowing the hand set to rest in cradle for approximately 10-15 seconds before making another call. This allows proper time for the PBX and carrier network to send and receive the proper disconnect request. Hope this helps and thanks again! Becky

Hi Marc! Thank you for your review! We do offer that feature, and most of our law firms like to use it. We call it a PAC (projecting accounting code). If you would like it added, please e-mail support@speakspace.com and let us know if you want the "mandatory" bill code prompt or the "optional" prompt. We pride ourselves in having the latest domestic and international conferencing bridges on the market, including Dolby Voice noise reduction, so you should not be experiencing any audio problems whatsoever (FYI- you can mute yourself and/or attendees if there is background noise by participants). If you have any issue DURING a call, you can press *0 (group) or 00 (private) to speak with a live operator to troubleshoot. I'm also happy to send you the latest keypad commands and helpful hints guides. Hope this helps and again, please email us with specifics!

We have SpeakSpace integrated into Skype as our audio conferencing capability. This integration could be smoother and easier in some manner. For individuals dialing it is particularly annoying having to go through all the prompts. Feels like there should be less prompts or less words in the prompts. Feel like everytime I dial in I am having to hit #1 four or five times to skip past the prompts.
