It was a bit disorganised: although I received a confirmation text, it contained no details of the taxi or the driver, and when I attempted to reply to it, the reply bounced. I called the service number (which was very quickly answered, to their credit) but the controller did not know what car it was either, or where the driver would be waiting for me. However, I did get back home safely, which was the main thing.

the contact number on the confirmation I printed out was wrong and I understand that my contact number given to the driver who picked me up from the Mayflower terminal to day was wrong. On the other hand the company you gave the job to were very good.

Easy to book and by far the cheapest. Simon was very helpful with the wheelchair and luggage, and left me to read rather than chat (had a previous experience with a driver that talked all the way!) so the long journey both ways was very relaxing. I would be happy to use him again.
