This was a very good company to work with. I did have issues downloading the product but, that was due to my own stupidity. I called customer service and within minutes I was up and running with my new adobe product. I highly recommend this company. A word of advise that customer service advised, is to run updates on your product once it is installed just to be sure everything is running up to speed.
