They went above and beyond, emailing me about the product which i had purchased and explaining there was a fault. Then not only replacing the product but gave me the fault product too - just the print was faulty. And a little hand written note as well. My experience has been so lovely, i know for sure i will be back to order more from the company. Even now thinking back to the written note just makes me smile. Thanks so much.

I have always admired the So Beau Baby website, and when I finally got around to ordering a few items and I was not disappointed. The clothes were perfect, and I was glad the website suggested to go up a size in one of the tops, because it fitted perfectly (even though it was a size 4 for a 2.5 year old). My order was shipped within a hour of placing it, and I received the items (in Wellington) the next day. The package was beautifully wrapped with a handwritten thank you note, which was a beautiful personal touch. Highly recommended!
