The experience was very good but very disappointed that I asked if it was going on sale any time soon to be told no, and now it's all on sale, majority of the items I purchased. The courier was very fast though to get me an item that wasn't in store so was impressed by next day delivery

Hi Emma, glad your experience was a great one i am sorry about the whole sale thing much of our new season stock is arriving earlier than originally planned so we had to start our sale a little earlier and add more brands than initially intended to make room for all the new arrivals! thank you again for your purchases and hope you love them!

I brought some Hubble & Duke Gumboots that took way too long to arrive and when they did arrive they are the wrong size. Wish I could swap for something else but every time I try to get in touch I can't get hold of anyone to arrange
