We haven’t ordered from skirting world before but we ordered some panelling for our living room two weeks ago. Last week we expected delivery and the driver was two stops away. All of a sudden the delivery date was changed for no reason. (My partner and father were indoors expecting the delivery and it just didn’t arrive).

Now this week on Wednesday I received a text message to say the order again was two stops away and it did arrive however when my partner looked at the panelling it wasn’t primed (which is what we paid for) so we had to reject it as the policy states you have a 48hour timeframe to highlight any faults.

The delivery date has been changed again with no specific date given. We are two weeks down the line with no product.

I would recommend a more customer lead service where maybe a phone call is made with an update if things have gone wrong or changed. We understand these things happen and are fine with it but some customers may not be as forgiving or may have a deadline to meet with their DIY and you could loose custom.

We hope to receive our product soon.

Had to change the order after I placed it online. Quick phone call and additional items added without affecting the delivery date. All arrived as expected, delivered by their own organisation rather than a random courier. Would have given 5 start is the driver had offered to help with the unloading!

Great product .just a shame you charge for delivery.

Charged £45 for priority delivery within 2 to 4 days. Had to rearrange workman after being told deluvery would take a further 4 days. No refund. Rip off!

Site was realy easy to use even for a novice. Delivery guy was helpful and very friendly. Will be back if I ever need more but will recommend to anyone in need of new skirtings. Huge choice of designs and size

Straightforward process to order interior window sill boards; when the delivery schedule email came and the date was inconvenient I rang and had a polite, helpful response and from this the boards came on an alternative date. Communication with the delivery driver was very good and he was considerate and professional. The product is excellent quality and could be fitted with no adjustment or other preparation. Their returns policy doesn't favour frivolous buyers - returns carry restocking penalties (understandable because purchased items are bespoke and in most cases can't be easily re-sold, if at all).
