Only made a small order for some skirting but the service was excellent as is the product. I received a sample prior to my order so I knew it was right for my needs and I think this is also a great idea which I have not seen being offered by other company's. I was also pleased to have the option of free delivery which still arrived in a few days of ordering, can't find anything negative to say great product,fast free delivery and very good value.

I did use the web site on twice but I kept ordering the wrong skirting board. So I phoned on the third occasion on the basis of “third time lucky”.
I did get a good response and agreed sent you a sample of what I required in the post. But I felt the communication could have been better as if I had to chase my third order.
