I'm not sure what review title and review text mean. The teacher is as clear as anyone could possibly be! He is extraordinary. The concepts are described SO clearly, the slides are perfect, and the whole online format is super user-friendly. I learned SOOOOOO much in this course and enjoyed every second of it because it was so well done. Pedagogically, it's superior to any course online or in person I've ever taken. (And, I've have a Ph.D., so I've taken LOTS of course.) I took issue with a few quiz questions because on two or three occasions the material we were quizzed on were not in the learning materials. For example, there was a question that referred to Type I and Type 2 errors in control charts and that topic is covered in the Green course, not this one. Also there is one question that I absolutely do not understand and wish I did. I don't believe it was explained in the lesson. It is: The percent of outcomes that would be expected to occur plus or minus two standard deviations from the mean would be ______________. The answer is 5%. I do not get that at all. Anyway! Thank you. It was excellent. I did the greenbelt first, but decided that in order to be super solid in my understanding, it may be helpful to start from the beginning. And, it was. I will do the Blackbelt next.

So excited to complete SSGI's Yellow Belt Course. The material and presentation is comprehensive, whilst also being simple to grasp. Love the day-to-day applications, the graphs and concise presentation of concept. Would strongly recommend this course to anyone interested in pursuing a Six Sigma Certification.

The SSGI group headed by Zach is simply phenomenal!!!!! I had the opportunity of taking the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Healthcare) and I do not regret it one bit. Very easy and direct acess to the documents and I also enjoyed the video presentations prior to each study slides. I liked that thhey provided Falsh cards in preparation for the exam. Oh, the summary at the end of each lesson was succinct.

The course is great. The course material is easy to understand. The amount of detail is at the right level. The software is easy to use. My only suggestion is to: create a PDF version of the each model, give us the ability to select all or some of the models, & then let us hit the print button once. This course would take a lot less time if I could read along & highlight important concepts vs. having to copy everything down by hand.

I really enjoyed this course. It provided very practical concepts in an easy to understand manner. After taking a few weeks to go through the material, I passed the test on my first attempt.

Voice of Customer. The flexibility of fulltime access from any device including smartphone anytime and anywhere is the key on how I complete the exam despite my busy schedule and activity, and the fact that unlimited attempt is applied makes us even more confidence during the real exam. I'm thrilled that this course is not only provide us about the content of lean six sigma, but actually implement it as well.
