I was ordering on line and came across a problem when I reached the payment page. I had literally just picked up the phone to dial their number and I received an email from a member of their team saying that it looked like I was having a problem............all resolved - order submitted - received part next day before 10am as we wanted and have received pleasant and helpful emails all the way through. Free postage for orders over £50 is a bonus. Web ordering is easy and acknowledgements are received quickly. All order conditions are met concerning shelf life of materials.
