Hello James, we are sorry for the delay of your delivery, we have spoken with our courier and they advised that they did attempt to deliver but there was nobody available to accept the goods. The courier is going to call you to arrange delivery ASAP. Please call 01675 432850 and ask for Liam if you have any further issues.

Customer Service Excellent but, the parts are late. In this day and age quality is a given you are measured on Cost and delivery and due to lateness you have let yourself down.

Hello Ian, I am very sorry for the delay you have suffered on this order, I have investigated the reasons behind it and can see that there was some confusion around the lead time between us and our supplier. This has now been rectified so in future the lead time on these products will be communicated more accurately to customers.
Many thanks again for your feedback, we are always looking for areas to improve, I just hope that our late delivery has not inconvenienced you too much.

I did request that the delivery was made on 23 Oct 17, however it was delivered to the Royal Air Force Base where our company is based at on 20 Oct. As I was not there the parcel was signed for by the Post Room. Unfortunately the lady who signed for it has gone on holiday and no-one knows where it is. I will now have to wait until next week for her to return to progress the matter further. So all in all I am not best pleased.

Hello Neil, Thank you for your review. I wanted to apologise for your experience on this occasion, the delivery option chosen was our standard delivery option which can take upto 3 days for delivery, our courier has delivered next day which is usually great news for our customers but not in this instance and for that we are sorry. We have made a note on your account to bear this in mind for any future purchases.
