The order was placed 31st December with expectation of delivery within 1 week. I then received a notification on 2nd January that delivery would be delayed until 9th February. It wasn't delivered and there was no communication or advice from Silmid to explain the further delay. I chased by e-mail on 11th February, and was advised it was coming around 14th February. Despite explicit delivery instructions on my order where to leave the package if nobody at the house, the delivery agent left a note that he had tried to deliver, so we needed to pick up from the depot. Sorted that out by phone, and eventually received the box of Prist on 15th February. Pretty rubbish service really.
