I buy the Broad Spectrum drops in Cinnamon Leaf and it works to relax me when I’m feeling stressed. This flavor is my favorite. I also give the Bacon flavor drops to my dog and use them to calm her down when fireworks are going off on 4th of July, New Year’s eve, etc. Excellent products and Great Customer Service.

The gel caps for helping sleep will work after continuing taking two caps per night for one week. At the beginning, I did not see any results and thinking this product does not work for me. However, I kept trying after one week it started to work for me. Three stars due to it is so expensive comparing with vitamins and it took one whole week to work. So if you have extra $$$ and do not mind to wait for one week to see the results, this might work for you.
