I've purchased SocialCBD products being sold at Giant Eagle and was thrilled with the patches, so I headed to the internet. I originally didn't receive my first order (I was super bummed) and honestly forgot about it until a review request showed up in my inbox. Long story short, Social CBD were incredibly supportive and quick to help me solve the issue. They just needed to confirm my address and I received my replacements within a few days. I think my original complaint was a result of the chaos in the courier industry currently, which is probably why I didn't reach out.
