Sorry, it took a while to get here (could be Covid/Holiday intersect) and for $26, it’s certainly no miracle lotion. Applied several times to my back (which occasionally aches). I got the first one as a gift for a friend and the second one was for me because it was touted by a friend of my friend that it was excellent. Not my experience.

My subscriptions have not been arriving on time .. not liking the substitution this last time.
I understand the backlog or out of stock but communication would be nice …

Why do you have to send the patches in a bigger box. You could send in a letter pack. I like your patches. It gets my back though the weekend projects. I wish you had an extended release, maybe for 72 hrs.?

I ordered on 10/5 and still waiting to receive. I know you think your prices are competitive because I have complained before but only someone addicted to cigarettes would spend $7 a day for self medication. I don’t know if I will continue to be a customer. I have tochoose between being healthy or wealthy.

I love the CBD DROPS they work wonders to ease my anxiety and help me sleep better. I’ve always loved this company but my last purchase experience really sealed the deal. I’m now a forever customer!! I received an expired CBD drops bottle, so I emailed customer service about it. They reassured me that the lab test results show their drops last long after the labeled date (so great!!). And to ease my doubts they also sent me another of the same bottle from a newer batch free of charge! They got back to me very quickly and took action. Greatly appreciated!

Was happy until I set up a recurring order. You sent me a reminder to order now so I don't run out of product which made me think something was wrong with the auto order! I have questions so please call me??? I hate 5he delay of customer service in snail emsil.

Love the product and quick shipping. Cbd is a life saver for me. I take it daily to combat symptoms and inflammation for my Crohn’s disease. Social CBD is my go-to. Products have never disappointed while other companies have fell short in my experience.
