Great and quick service. My biggest concern was recovering FBA shipments that were counted wrong at the warehouse, I did not want to go through the hassle of proving a lot of invoices to prove quantities and, so far, SellerBench resolved those cases without me having to provide anything at all. All other types of cases have been successful as well. Well worth the cost (compared to competitors) for them to handle something that I loathe about my FBA business.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with SellerBench. They were very kind and very helpful in getting my money back. After speaking with them, I was very hands-off with the whole process. Have been using these guys for years. I've tried some of the other services but these guys are by far and away the BEST and I've got the most money back using them. 10/10 would recommend to other sellers!

Thank goodness I found this service! I don't have to worry about getting reimbursed for Amazon's mistakes anymore. Also responses quickly whenever I reach out.

I generally hate giving up any part of my hard-earned Amazon earnings to a third party company. But SellerBench is a MUST and I couldn’t be happier to pay them for what they do. They literally find money you are owed, that you probably would not have found on your own. I am very busy listing products, researching, etc., but I do find time to keep on top of reconciling my shipments. But SellerBench does more than reconcile; they search for various other discrepancies, such as missing reimbursements from returns. I wanted to write this email (and no one at SellerBench asked me to or has given me anything in return) because they literally just found about $3,000 I was owed from ONE incident. I truly would NEVER have known about this. Also, when they open cases on your behalf they are very kind, but also direct and fight for you. I saw one case they opened for me where Seller Support kept giving them the runaround. SellerBench continually replied in a pleasant manner, requesting Seller Support take certain steps, and even caught that the representative they we’re dealing with was investigating the wrong SKU. SellerBench succeeded in getting my refund in this case....and so many others. And it all happens in the background. They open all the cases and you are not bothered. You just get emails with your missing money coming in. SellerBench is a must for any busy Amazon seller!

Seller Bench rocks! Signed up around 18 months ago and money just shows up every pay period. Highly recommend - and 100% within Amazon's TOS given the fact it's managed by actual human beings.

This is an outstanding service! Once you're set up, there's zero work involved. SellerBench does all the work, refunds show up in your Amazon account and SB's share is automatically charged to your credit card. I couldn't ask for a better service. Great job, guys!

We've been working with SellerBench for about one year now and we are very happy with the service. We see 3-4M in annual sales on Amazon and we appreciate that SellerBench has helped us to recover tens of thousands of dollars that were "lost" in the Amazon system. We originally came across SellerBench at the ASD convention in Las Vegas, so meeting them in-person really motivated me to work together, as we were able to establish a sense of trust with the team.

There are a lot of services out there but there are very few that actually care about their customers. What I mean to say is that SellerBench takes Seller Performance issues seriously so that we do not overburden Amazon Seller Support with an excessive amount of open cases, which can be a problem if too many cases are open at a single time. For our account, SellerBench opens up a maximum of five cases per day and they are able to recover our funds successfully. We appreciate that they are not taking any risks with our account by opening up too many cases or making questionable requests that would raise red flags--it happens with some services--and we get the sense that they are a longterm partner that is not only with us for the beginning, in which there is a lot of money on the table from the previous 18 months (this is as far back as we can go into Amazon records), but on a weekly basis, we are seeing reimbursements that slipped through the cracks at Amazon. SellerBench is a trusted partner and we wholeheartedly endorse their service, based on our experience over the past year.

The SellerBench team does a great job of identifying and taking care of our tickets. I love that I can just leave it to them and its done. We've saved a ton of money over the course of the year. The only additional feature I wish they had was being able to confirm correct FBA fees based on what we know our product dimensions are and submit tickets for those cases.

Sellerbench is great and got me back over $24,000. I wish i found them sooner since Amazon only allows them to go back 1.5 years and I've ben doing this for almost 5.5 now. No issues with them besides 2 gripes:

25% fee is too high
When an item is reimbursed in cash and then the reimbursed is reversed and added as an inventory unit, you don't get as much money as Amazon tells sellerbench the item is worth.
