Really happy with the service. I had my account suspended (totally my fault) and they worked with me until they solved it. I purchased the high priority package and it was worth spending extra.
The Plan of Action they created was professional and this saved me. I had created 2 plans of action before this and they were all rejected by Amazon.
The only thing I would like improved in the service is the payment system, as it took a full day for the funds to arrive and they could only start the work when the funds arrived.
Would definitely recommend.
