From the ease of making an on line reservation, to walking into the office to be greeted with a fresh cup of coffee, to parking in the secured area and taking the shuttle to FLL, our experience was wonderful. Upon our return, the shuttle experience was just as good and the driver even stopped right by our car and helped with our luggage.

Just wrote how disappointed the arrival parking was. Followed a van all over the lot,
parked and then he backed up to pick up luggage all over. Wasted so much time we
missed our flight. Arrival was great. Don't think I will use this service again. Cost me a
night at the Holiday Inn!!!!!

This was my first time flying in and out of FLL and even though most airport terminals are similar there are enough differences to have gotten me lost. They were very patient even though I knew they were also very busy.

We have used several offsite parking facilities near Fort Lauderdale airport, but none as friendly and clean as SelfParkFLL! The service was quick and we were at the airport in no time. When we called them to pick us up upon return to Fort Lauderdale, the van was there in minutes. The driver offered us cold bottled water - a nice touch for sure! Highly recommend SelfParkFLL - they will be the only offsite lot we will be using when flying out of Fort Lauderdale.

Service is terrific. Richard assisted in helping me to setup reservation and made the process very easy. When I arrived on Christmas night Brad was there to complete my appointment. It was late in the night and he was cheerful and helpful. Even though the area is off the beaten path the office is cheerful and the hubs on the wall were a nice tough. Travis drove me to the airport without incident. Stalin picked us upon arrival; another late night and offered us coffee for our drive home. Great experience. Very timely and organized

Absolutely the best service I have received at a self park. The gentlemen who helped me to get to the airport Richard and Jefferson could not have been nicer. They would not let me lift a finger to get my bags in the vehicle. The pickup was quick and easy as well. Great service.
