I had an issue with UPS losing my items, I called Seek and spoke with Gretchen and she immediately fixed the situation. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but I also couldn't be happier with the quality of the tent. I can't wait to get into the woods.

My interaction with the staff during my recent purchase of an 8 man tent was excellent. The timeline for delivery was tight but the Seek Outside team did a wonderful job in getting my tent in my hands on time. Thanks again Dwayne for your guidance on my tent selection. Had it on a 7 day backcountry elk hunt and the tent worked wonderfully.

Not writing this as only a review of the stove jack, but of seek outsides awesome customer service. I purchased a cimmaron years ago, without a jack. Finally called to have one installed. Shipped the shelter to seek outside as instructed, the jack was added in a day, and back to me within a week. I was beyond impressed with the communication, quality work, and quick turnaround. Seek outside is a great company to deal with.
