Better pricing for storage than most in the area. And management is very friendly and accommodating. They know treating customers with a little respect goes a long way. They are also very thorough in explaining things and aren't pushy with extras. And they didn't even roll an eye after I destroyed every Lemonhead in their candy bowl :)
