I've been a member since 2011, and have had my unit broken into and had to prove it since the security thought I did it myself ... after looking into the issue, I was one of many. I was briefly given a reduction in my monthly fees. Not a good experience all the way around...I live out of state and was picking up some things on my way out which never happened. Communication on the issue was sub par, I had to contact them...Document, take pictures, catalog your items and check the status of your belongings as much as you can...regardless of the facility.

It is in a weird spot underneath a highway but the price is definitely right for the service. I don't love the giant pothole at the entrance, however. ***EDIT: They fixed the pothole! Yay!***
