Excellent service, dedicated helpful staff made my first time purchase an exceptional experience. Fast shipping and tracking made it a frustration-free experience as well. The only criticism is that the prices are somewhat high and USD which is challenging for someone purchasing in Canada.

Very good idea to get a sample of a scent! I ended up liking the sent but not enough to buy. That being said, the sample is very small (but seems to be all you need!).

My only complaint is the price for a very small amount of product is rather high ($9 for 1 ml) but then to spend over $4 for shipping seemed like a lot. - perhaps these could be sent in small padded envelopes for the price of mailing a letter.
