Excellent. I was wary about sending off all my precious photos, but needn't have worried. My parcel was collected by UPS from my home, the photos were scanned within a few days, and my photos and dvd returned to two separate addresses as requested. I won't hesitate to get the rest of my photos scanned, and clear much needed space in my house!
