An amazingly good service. Sent photos in separate packages; they were carefully received back in the same folders. Went for Premium which I found later was 600 dpi; Worth it as this is a one-time scanning. Kept informed throughout the process by their excellent software system. Email replies were very quick - including weekends. Brilliant! - Will be sending in many more photos/slides.

I sent around 350 photos some antique which were very delicate or on thick card . They processed them beautifully keeping them in order and giving titles to folders on the disc as I had asked. Their were three that they explained could not be scanned because they were on very hard thick card but these they packaged up carefully in an envelope and returned with all the others. My family archive is now live and all my extended can have access or copies of the discs and all are very happy. Thoroughly impressed with the service all mt ijitial reservations gone. I will be most definitely using again

Because I only had 25 photos the minimum price bracket made it relatively expensive, but I would certainly use the service again for a bulk scanning project.

Very responsive and helpful on queries prior to sending photos and on issues after. Kept fully in touch on progress, excellent scans at a good price and kept in order/folders exactly as promised.
Unfortunately addressed returning photos to a house several numbers from ours and quite a way along, so potential for going astray. Good that they use the excellent and communicative 'dpd' for courier returns, who provide lots of up-front info, so easy to see the error and amend delivery (and get them to deliver at the most suitable time/place). Also, one folder of scanned photos not on DVD, though photos returned and number charged meant they had been scanned. On being told they provided immediate access online to the missing folder and sent new DVDs first class.

Hi I have now use this service many times. The photos I have had scan are from fairly modern ones to some very old black and white photos but all have come back at a very high standard. The turn round of photos is also excellent.
