service is excellent. tracking of status is great, other than it ends when the scans leave you and not when they arrive back at the client so not very client-centric in that sense i.e. ability to track the UPS package back would fill that gap.

I sent over 1100 photos for scanning, some quite old and colour had gone very pink, very pleased with quality of scan(600dpi) and all photos and scans returned in order. Even the pink photos now revived. Scanning done and returned within a few days and received email updates to say photos received and when they were being scanned and returned.
