Really terrible experience. Sending a gift (serving spoons) to a friend. First: wrong item delivered (a vase). Friend had item returned (at some inconvenience). Then: another incorrect item delivered. Documented with photos. Communication poor. Decided to go with third party seller.
Finally: requested refund. No refund forthcoming. Repeat emails unanswered.
Unusual to have this level of incompetence these days. If something goes wrong, it should be made right. This was a very bad experience. Sambonet is a great product - I have been using its flatware for decades -, but I will stick with third party sellers in the future.

If you’re looking for very high quality stainless flatware that will last 30+ years, this is it. I bought the “Imagine” line which is designed for both functionality and aesthetics. The pieces I ordered are fine, the follow up on questions not so much. I assume your salepeople know your Sambonet stock and various patterns so I asked what they would suggest to use with the "Taste" pattern since there were no serving pieces I saw with the pattern. The response was "there are no serving pieces". So I guess you missed out on another larger sale of serving pieces for both "Taste" and the "Linear" pattern.
