Office staff was excellent! Very friendly and made my son feel at ease. Dr. Warman, however, was cold and abrupt. He didn’t even introduce himself but merely barked my son’s name and lead us to the room. Not impressed.

I'm eating 2 stars only because I loved the way the doctor attends my child, I don't like that I get her eye examination done at his office but I can't order her glasses there JUST BECAUSE they don't accept insurance but they do accept it for the check up which makes no sense causing an unnecessary issue since no place would take my child's glasses order because the examination wasn't done there. I'd say if you can work with the insurance to process examinations why can't you do the same for glasses orders?? Hopefully this can be fixed.

There was a young girl/woman with special needs in your office. She was screaming non-stop. I had no issue with this. Her behavior is not her fault. But the way your staff snickered, stared, and spoke about her was disgusting. Her poor mother had to endure their condescending treatment.
I was satisfied with the two doctors and would love to have returned, but I never will because of their staff.

Although the doctor was great, the wait time was ridiculous. If its an office where children are the ones been seen you should be faster to getting them in and out. We waited around TWO hours to be seen, with a newborn and a toddler this is just unacceptable. Seriously considering a different place next time.
