I needed 3750 points for PS Plus codes and it took me a long time but I think it was worth it in the end. I did mainly surveys from the survey routers and game offers. After completing my points goal I redeemed the offer and got my PS Plus code on the due date which was within a week. Please note that you need to be in the US to receive this particular offer. (If you're not, then there are ways to change your phone's location.) The code worked without a problem but it is only for US PSN accounts. So, it really does work, its not a scam, however, it might take a long time. Hope this helps.
