I ordered a Dance Gavin Dance bundle a while back. I was not able to track my package at all and it arrived late. When it arrived the poster was bent and discolored. I voiced my concerns to customer service and was treated as if it was my fault I wasn't happy with what I ordered. I was told I would receive a replacement poster in the mail and I haven't yet. I will not be making purchases from Rocksound in the future.
