I really love this magazine and your bundles are quite affordable! I use Rocksound over other alternative magazines such as AltPress because your shipping is much cheaper in comparison. The only negative thing I can find is that I’ve had the wrong bundle sent to me or the bundle is damaged (which is understandable as it is out of your control once it is shipped).

Sadly the magazine's is bought were delivered damaged. I had to pay quite a lot for the shipping, so I expected them to arrive in a good state. I don't know if I can blame you guys for tha though, but if you can do something about it and make sure your deliveries arrive safely, then that would be quite neat.

I bought two past editions of rock sound, a Fall Out Boy mag from 2008 and a twenty one pilots: the essential history mag. Both of them I received several weeks later and they were both slightly damaged, as the paper was scratched off to reveal the white behind the cover, of that makes sense. The magazine’s corners were slightly bent as well. Basically, both were received in slightly damaged condition, but I guess since one of them is 11 years old that is understandable.

I always order from here for the past two years to keep up with the latest rock/alternative news and has been reliable and very much enjoyed. I ordered a the Palaye Royale package three weeks ago and (living in Canada) I was patient as usual and was hyped up when I saw it was in transit. However, when I checked the site where I track my package, it said it was delivered and I never received it. I was freaking out, because this has never happened to me but it arrived three days later. I do not understand why this happened, since it is a first. My package arrived in one piece, and I loved the product. It is not so much the product I had an issue with, it was the means of which it was transported. Thank you for reading my response and for your amazing magazines!!
