Packaging was alittle ripped and magazine got scuffed on the side, but the magazine is great! Would buy again ||-//

I still have not received my order. I emailed about it and was told a replacement would be sent but never received that either. I will never order from here again and will take this fraud up with my bank.

Great service, items arrived when they were supposed to, however my magazine was wrinkled and a bit of the inner corner of the front cover next to the spine was torn but overall good service.

I did not receive my purchase, I contacted the team and they said another ome would be sent out. Waited and still no magazine. I had to buy one elsewhere

My order got lost in the mail and it had to be resent, so I didn't receive it until about 2 months after the initial order, but this is no fault of Rock Sound. Great customer service, package was resent without extra fee and shipping was fast after package was resent. Very happy!!
