Response time to my order was extremely fast, i was notified by phone the next day that the order had been shipped. i received one part of the shipment the next morning. however, the second part somehow was routed via Heathrow Airport. Robert Kee personnel kept me informed, and arranged for the part to be shipped to my address. So, a short delay, though I do not attribute this delay in any way to Robert Kee, it was a courier logistics error. They sorted the problem with speed and courtesy. Many thanks
