Terrible customer service and misleading products. Look at other companies to purchase. Company overcharges and offers zero customer service. If you want to return their items, enjoy a restock and shipping both ways which makes it a waste of time to bother. Very disappointing

I was very happy with the quality of the hitch, very well fabricated. I didnt realize how much extra length would be added to the hitch though which made the light connection cable to short.

2011 Dodge Ram 2500 without overload springs. Purchasing went fine. The universal rails installation 100% totally sucked and the directions were absolutely horrible. The rear rail was ok with your directions but none of your directions or bolt locations even came close on the front rail. What should have taken a few hours to install took twelve hours of grinding, drilling, cutting. And I'm an ASE master mechanic so I'm not someone who can't follow procedures.
