I am in the middle right now, due to the fact my order came incomplete. I purchased a 10K Equilizer WD / SC hitch and one of the inside link plates was missing. There was a large whole in the box. I submitted a email explaining my situation and have yet to have a response. This concerns me. So for now it is 3 stars, but hope I can increase this if I get a response and the inside link plate that was missing.

I have '20 Toyota Corolla LE. The included instruction does not address the plastic cover underneath, which reduces air drag and covers from dirt and debris. Even though the hitch itself is very well constructed, it is far too short on design. I realized AFTER I finished installing the hitch itself that I could not install the cover. There was no turning back. So, I had to eat whatever the pre-instruction on my part!
I don't know about the previous model years for Corolla, the 2020 version is THE complete failure! I would not recommend to my friends for the same model of Corolla!
