The directions for mounting the unit were far from accurate! There was NO WAY in God's good world we could have gotten the 2 main holding "nuts" inside the channel of the bumper. The holes had to be drilled through completely to the top of the mid-channel. I had to make a trip to Home-Depot to purchase additional hardware to complete this job.
Further, the directions did NOT mention having to disassemble the bumper covering. Getting access to the sides of the steel bumper channel or frame proved impossible as well. Great product, crummy details!!

Came fast and was very well wrapped to prevent damage...all new bolts, great price. Second one I've purchased from the for same reason...

The hitch we ordered didn't fit our car and the mechanic had to cut and weld it which cost us more money. He said he wasn't going to have us return it as they had to take off the bumper and didn't want to put everything back together.

I ordered two heavy duty brackets for my weight distribution system. The website said they are in stock. Reese gladly took my money and then emailed me saying due to COVID-19 they don’t have them in stock. I’ve been waiting for an update on the order. No other communication from them until this survey request.
