If memory serves, I purchased this hitch online on 5/7,,,,it was shipped, transported, and installed at home, by myself, and pulling my trailer on 5/10 ! Very, very impressive transaction. I have reviewed your order and you are correct that none of the parts you ordered are the Reese brand. We stock many brands of products to provide the widest selection possible. The parts you have ordered are not available in the Reese brand, this is why we stock these other brands. The brand of every part is prominently listed on the product page.
The parts you purchased are manufactured in Asia. The locks are the Bulldog brand, which is the same company as Reese. The hitch balls are the Curt brand. Both of these are American companies that have chosen to do some of their manufacturing in Asia. In most cases, there simply are not equivalent products available that are made in the USA from any brand.

Everything was there and it's an awesome piece of equipment but I had my local mechanic instal it. Up on the lift, special bolt captioners, spare tire dropped, instructions stated a bit over an hour to install. Beg to differ, thank the gods I took it to my mechanic! If I had tried to install with a floor jack and some 4x4 lumber I would have been sending it back. Tolerances were way too tight! Floor mobile adjustable lift jack and multiple pry bars, able to squeeze it in 1/32nd at a time. 4 and a half hours later it was installed. At one point I suggested grinding but my mechanic declined and persevered.
