The experience was typical of ordering online. When I installed the hitch I ordered I noticed that the receiver block was an inch off center to the left. I tried to adjust it but that proved to be unsuccessful.

You had the best price on the hitch I wanted, even though it was made by Rigid. I wanted a square tube cross bar design, which in my opinion, aids the uni-body construction of my Ford Escape, and doubles as a rigid (no pun intended) cross member at the rear. It was the only one manufactured with a 2" receiver, everything else is a round tube, loop design. It arrived fast, well packaged and weighed a ton. YES!
