The bed is a marvel and worth the many hours it took to install. There was a glitch with a damaged part but I reached out to the owner, by phone, and he immediately resolved the issue. I am very satisfied and the bed is awesome.

Very nice store, staff very helpful. We dealt with Christopher who helped with planning a Clei bed for our den. He came to measure it and advised us to go for cupboards on each side which is extremely helpful. The installation went well. I really appreciated a follow up call by Christopher to make sure everything is working out well. Very happy.

I saw a Resource Furniture exhibit in DC a few years ago at the carpenter’s museum. I was mesmerized at the concept. I visited the retail store and truly fell in love with Resource furniture. Alas! I just can’t afford it! I applaud it though! Good job...

I spent about $18 grand with you guys 3-4 years ago. But since then, you guys split with my bookcase-builder Giacomo (sp?) in Italy. I can't seem to get an additional 5-foot ladder-track to go along with the one I bought from you for my bookcase. Can you help??
