I am leaving one star solely for the purchasing experience--the products themselves are outstanding. I have had multiple instances over the last several months where I go shopping for items and discover that they are out of stock. Wanting to buy those items when they become available again, I have signed up for emailed "back in stock" notifications. In the end, I was able to buy all the items I needed to complete my Henry build; however, at no point have I ever received a single "back in stock" notification (yes, I check my spam folder). Instead, I've had to make daily checks of the website to see when items are back in stock for purchase, which kind of negates the point of the signup system. Also, while Ranger Point has a steady stream of great opportunities and promotional offers, it can be frustrating receiving them when you can't buy the items you're interested in ("wow, 20% off is great and all, but I can't actually use it because nothing I want to buy is in stock").

Thanks for the feedback. We checked our "Notify Me" app and don't have any record of this email address in active or inactive registrations. That's done on every product page. If you signed up on each product page, we're not sure why the "notify me" app never received your registration. We'll get with the company that makes the app to find out why some signups are not registering. As for parts being out of stock, we try our best to make parts fast enough to keep up with demand but it's not always possible. Our parts are very popular and 4-5 new machine purchases a year still can't meet demand. We're sorry it was such a hassle to get our parts but we're happy to hear that you're pleased with them. Happy shooting!

Sturdy and light weight. I decided to put this together on my own and as long as you follow the instructional video to a "T" it will go smoothly. The only hiccup I ran into were the tension screws toward the rear of the hand guard. If you tighten them too tight it will lower the picatinny rail (middle one) to where it won't line up with the rail on the gun closet to the butt stock. If you loosen them too much to get it right, then the handguard wiggles a tad. It was just a matter of figuring out the perfect tension to get it just right. I give 5 stars due to me who is not a professional, installing it and only running into a couple hiccups, but able to fix it. I'm sure if you send it off like they recommend then you shouldn't have the same issues.
