LOVED RSVPify and how easy it was to collate our event guestlist. The page personalisation is a really nice touch too.

Great RSVP service, simple to use, customize and for recipients to respond through.

I love the idea of a secondary event. That is originally why we chose RSVPify over other event planning websites. However, next time we plan an event with multiple invites and guest lists to multiple events, we will be using another service. RSVPify allowed us to build a beautiful initial invitation landing page, made it easy to build guest lists, and made it easy to email guests with reminders. But everything else else about the RSVPify website was a complete headache, especially when it came to our ticketed event.

First, there was no page to allow guests who RSVPed to see what events they had agreed to come to once the RSVP itself was complete. Guests could only see the initial landing page, which only provided information about the primary event. The reason we had secondary events is because we didn't want to invite every one of our guests to the secondary event. It's counterproductive to this purposes to include information about the secondary event on the initial landing page.

Second, we appreciated the the calendar feature which allowed us to create an outlook/ical invite to the event. However, this feature was only available for the primary event, and not for any of the secondary events. This was disappointing, especially as our event(s) were at multiple times, in multiple locations, over several days. More importantly, however, the calendar link was only available on the confirmation page. The confirmation page was only ever accessible immediately after a guest RSVPed, and could not be accessed again if the guest wanted to see their details/confirmation status/secondary event details.

Third, our secondary event was a ticketed event. We had several guests RSVP to the primary event with the intention of coming back later with payment information for the secondary, ticketed event. Unfortunately, because they had RSVPed to the primary event and closed the confirmation page, their RSVP to the secondary event was automatically deemed a decline and/or unconfirmed. However, the RSVP was deemed complete in any case. Guests were unable to return to the RSVPify website to complete the RSVP after confirming/declining attendance at the primary event. Each time a guest entered their email address into the landing page, rather than seeing their RSVP, they were left with a message setting out that they had already replied and only an event owner could change their RSVP. Unfortunately, event owners were given the same message when trying to change RSVPs to allow guests to complete registration. We found we needed to completely uninvite guests and re-invite them to primary and secondary events several times to allow everyone to see event details, process payments, and properly RSVP. In an event with 410 guests, this ended up being a complete headache.

Fourth, we were only able to send reminder emails to parties who had not replied to any events, parties who had declined secondary events, and parties who had accepted secondary events. We were unable to send reminder emails to parties who had not replied to secondary events only. This is likely related to the third concern we had, above. However, we wanted to send a reminder to people who had not replied to our secondary, ticketed event ONLY reminding them to RSVP to all events at once or they would be unable to pay, and were unable to do this. We ended up having to email these guests without using RSVPify.

Finally, for our ticketed event, we found that guests could not pay for a +1 if we checked the +1 button. They could only pay for the primary guest. Instead, we needed to add a second party to the invite with the fake name "Guest". If there is an ability to add a +1, our guests ought to be able to pay for the +1 as well.

In the end, because of these issues, so far we have confirmed attendance and collected about 80% of our ticket fees using a combination of email, Paypal, email transfers, and in-person payments OUTSIDE of RSVPify. For a site that keeps a percentage of ticket sales as part of its revenue stream, this ought to be considered extremely problematic. RSVPify, on this event alone, our tickets were just shy of $100 each. These issues have cost you your percentage of 80% of the tickets we have sold so far.

RSVPify is a great concept, and is on a good start. So long as you have a single event, or no ticketed events, it allows you to build a stunning invitation. However, there are still many kinks that need to be worked out before it is a product we would recommend to people planning large, multi-scale events.

RSVPify was a dream to find. Before I found this service I was dreading having to hand count rsvps by mail or email. The service has been great and met all my needs for my wedding.

Great system! It's intuitive and easy to use and it eliminated the need for me to create four separate invitations for my company's events. It's honestly really stellar. If I had couple of tweaks, it would just be-
1. A way to have a guest list where people can add a plus 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. I know this is mainly a feature for weddings, but we like to try and only bug the people who haven't responded. I love the idea of being to just send to non-responses, but since we have no idea how many people a person will bring it means we can't use this feature.
2. A way to modify a previous RSVP and add/remove guests. While I think creating a new group in the RSVP isn't a terrible hassle, it's necessarily the most intuitive or easy to explain to people who find out more people can come.
Other than that, I think the site is honestly perfect for us. I appreciate all your team's hard work!

Very Very easy to use and navigate around. Having the app has made it even more convenient. I’m very satisfied with the product and am very impressed with the support when I need it. I was looking for something more accessible for rsvp then having to use snail mail. I really like the feature of assigned searing! Makes it easier then wasting paper every time I want to tweek the seating around. LOVE IT!!!!

I enjoyed using this software. It made my wedding planning very efficient. My only critique is that I couldn't message back those who messaged me through the app.

RSVPify made planning our wedding a breeze! We were able to keep track of all our RSVPs and the site made it extremely easy to visualize who we needed to follow up on. The seating chart feature was also very useful to make our table arrangements!

RSVPify was pretty good. I just found with today's texting world, people would rather text me a response. I had more people just text me, then log on to the site and give me the RSPV that way. Also I think it was long that each family had to put each individual's info in separately.
