RH Ballard does a terrific job. They have been straight with us about timing of delivery, which is important given that the supply chain is long from Italy, where our favorite products are made. Generally a good experience. Bought a set of placements. They turned out a little more orange than the red that was promised and shown in the photos on the web site. Acceptable but slightly disapppointing, which is why 4 stars not 5. Color resolutions.
